- CHAP International, Inc. - CHAP International was
founded in 2002 by Victory Church member, Stan Weaver, with the initial goal of providing humanitarian aid to the
war-torn nation of Liberia in West Africa. CHAP has since provided many necessities of life to the
Liberian people. Victory Church specifically supports Brendon and Christina Shank, full-time missionaries
to Liberia through CHAP International.
